Enabling and Disabling Your Child's Account

You can enable or disable your child's player account by signing into your Parent Dashboard here.

Click on the appropriate username. Under the "Account" subheading, you will see whether their player account is currently locked or unlocked. The link beneath will allow you to change the account status as appropriate.

UNLOCK allows the player account to login and access Animal Jam.

LOCK prevents the player account from being accessed and logged into. If your child tries to log into Animal Jam while the account is disabled, they will see a pop-up message that says, "We're sorry, this account does not have sufficient privileges to play at this time." Please note that disabling the account does not turn off recurring subscriptions to Animal Jam.
