- Once you are signed in, click on the username you would like to enable. You will see various preferences you can control.
- Under the “ACCOUNT” option, click “ENABLE” - this will enable the username and your child will be able to sign in to their account again.

- Affected USERNAME
- Parent email address
- A detailed description of your issue, and any messages you receive upon log in
