Our one-month and six-month Club Memberships are recurring, which means they will automatically renew at the end of the membership term (every 30 or 180 days respectively) until you choose to cancel the recurring payments.
We have these recurring memberships as a convenience for customers who don't want their membership to expire at the end of its term, since this will cause them to lose access to their member-only items, pets, dens, and animals that they've worked so hard to collect in-game.
Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time by disabling the "Auto Renew" option via the Parent Dashboard. This will ensure that the account will not be charged at the end of the current membership term. There is never a fee to cancel the recurring charges on an Animal Jam account.
To cancel recurring billing by signing into your Parent Dashboard, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the Parent Dashboard (http://www.animaljam.com/parent_dash). 2. Click on the Player Account you wish to manage so that the account details are visible. 3. Under the MEMBERSHIP tab, you will see "Auto-Renew: ON" – this means the recurring membership is active. Click on "CHANGE." 4. You will be presented with a pop-up warning stating that by turning off auto-renew, the membership will expire on [Appropriate DATE]. To confirm cancellation, click "TURN OFF."
Keep in mind that this will not cancel your current membership, just the recurring payment that occurs at the end of the membership period.
