How to Turn Recurring Payments Back On

We're excited to hear that you'd like to resume your Animal Jam Club Membership!

In order to turn on recurring billing, simply sign into your Parent Dashboard. Then, find the account you'd like to resume the membership for. You will see all of the account options available for this player. On the bottom right, click "Turn On Auto-Renew," shown outlined in red:

This will ensure that there is no lapse in membership privileges.

Keep in mind, you need to have a 30-day or 6-month membership purchased and in use in order to turn the recurring option back on, as these are our only memberships that offer recurring payments. Once the membership has expired, you will no longer see this option. You will need to purchase a new membership in order to obtain recurring billing again.

PLEASE NOTE: This feature is not available for Ultimate Pay or BilltoMobile users.
