How to Change the Email Address on Your Child's Player Account

To change your parent dashboard email address:

Log in to your Parent Dashboard here. If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps.

You can edit the parent email address that's attached to your child's player account under the Contact Info section located to the right hand side of the Parent Dashboard.

Delete the old email address, type in a new one, and click Save. This will change the parent email address of all the player accounts on your Parent Dashboard.

Please note that parent account activation must occur in order to gain access to your Parent Dashboard once again. An activation email from Animal Jam HQ will be sent to the new email address right away. If you don't see the email in your inbox after a short while, we recommend checking your Spam or Junk folders.

You can activate this new email simply by clicking the link in the email.  If the link doesn't work, you can copy and paste it into the web address bar of your internet browser. For your convenience, your parent password will remain the same.

If you would like all new accounts to show up on your Parent Dashboard:

Simply have your children enter in the same email address whenever they create a new player account. This will ensure every player account shows up on your activated Parent Dashboard.

If you need to correct a misspelled email address, or don't know the parental email that was used when the account was created, email support@animaljam.com with the following information:

  • Username
  • Email address used during registration
  • New Email Address
  • If you have successfully purchased a Club Membership, we will also require the Animal Jam Transaction ID of a charge linked with this account. If you do not have this information available, please email support@animaljam.com to find out other ways to verify your membership account.
