In order to cancel a membership for you, we require the USERNAME and PARENT EMAIL to verify player account ownership.
However, if you don't know the username or parent email address of the account with the membership, don't worry! We can find the account through your billing information as well. Please email email@example.com with the information below that corresponds to your payment method.
If you paid with a credit card:
- Full name billed under
- Full Billing Address
- Last four digits of the Credit Card OR Transaction ID
If you paid with PayPal:
- The PayPal account email address used to purchase membership (if different from the parent email)
- The PayPal unique Transaction ID number (provided by PayPal when an order is initiated)
