If you get this message, it usually means that the player account has been disabled from the Parent Dashboard. To enable this player account again, please follow these directions:
- Log in to your Parent Dashboard here.
- Once you are signed in, click on the username you would like to enable. You will see various preferences you can control.
- Under the ACCOUNT option, click ENABLE - this will enable the username and your child will be able to sign in to their account again.
If you follow the steps above and show that your account is already enabled, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information, and we'll be sure to investigate the issue right away:
- Affected USERNAME
- Parent email address
- A detailed description of your issue, and any messages you receive upon log in
