What is the refund policy?

- Per our Terms of Service, all sales are final.

- We do not have access to customer billing information for in-app purchases and are unable to issue refunds.

- For unauthorized purchases, please disable in-app purchases in your device setting and contact your device store for further assistance.

- If your purchased items are missing, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of your receipt and one of our representatives will assist you. Please refer to your device’s manual for assistance taking a screenshot.
