If your account was registered with a Parent Email, your parent can log into their Parent Account and see all of the usernames currently registered to their email.

Please Note: If you've previously played Animal Jam as a Guest Jammer and did not register an account with a Parent Email, that profile was tied to the device on which you played the game. If you have since deleted the application from your device, the game data was not saved and you will need to create a new account.
