To change or update the billing information linked with a specific username, you simply need to cancel the existing recurring membership.
When a membership is purchased it it applied to the player account. If an account is registered to a different email or purchased with a different email than is connected to the player account, you may have an issue canceling your recurring from your parent tools, so please submit a request below.
Next sign up for a new membership using the new/updated billing information. The new billing info will take effect after the current membership term is up. You will not lose any time on the current membership purchased.
