In order to update the app, you will first need to make sure that your device's OS (operating system) is fully updated. You can check for this by looking in your device settings.

Then you will need to open your device-specific store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon Store) and search for Animal Jam. From there, you will be able to locate our game and start the update. Make sure your WiFi or data plan is connected to the internet.

Please note that once an update is announced it may take up to 24-hours for the update to become available on your device.
