How do I get a Refund?

If you would like to request a refund and your request follows those outlined fully in the Animal Jam Refund Policy, we will be happy to assist you.

To contact us, click here to Submit a Request. When discussing charges with us, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Billing name
  • Last four digits of card charged
  • Any transaction or receipt IDs, or GPA order numbers
  • Email and/or billing address
  • Username

Please note: we are unable to refund charges for certain mobile providers, including iTunes and
Amazon. You will need to contact their customer support teams separately.
