If your account is linked to an activated Parent Account, you can log into the Parent Tools using the link below to see all of your Usernames.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to request a Password Reset email by clicking the Forgot your password? option under the Play button. Follow the instructions provided in that email to update your Password.
NOTE: If you do not have an email attached to your account OR if the email attached is incorrect, you will be unable to receive the Password Reset email.
If you do not remember the email or one was not attached, our team can update the email on file.
To request an email change, please submit a support ticket below filling out the correct Account Change form and all of the requested details in that form. Note that if any information is missing it may delay our reply time.
NOTE: However, if the Player Account cannot be fully verified our team will not be able to update it.
