How do I STOP my iTunes Recurring Subscription?

- On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings.

- Tap [your name] and then choose the “iTunes & App Store” option.

- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

- Choose the “View Apple ID” option.

- Scroll down and tap “Subscriptions”.

- Tap the “Animal Jam” subscription.

- At the bottom, choose the “Cancel Subscription” option.

To confirm that it has been canceled on our servers:

- Visit www.AnimalJam.com/join

- Choose one of the membership options.

- Log in using your Username and Password.

IF YOU ARE ASKED FOR BILLING INFORMATION, your recurring subscription was stopped and you will not be charged when your membership time runs out.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE AN ERROR, your Recurring Subscription may still be active and you will need to contact Apple Support for assistance.
