How do I STOP my Amazon Recurring Subscription?

- On your device, open the Menu.

- Expand the Amazon Appstore submenu.

- Tap the “Manage Subscriptions” option.

- Find the “Animal Jam” subscription.

- Turn “Auto Renewal” off.

To confirm that it has been canceled on our servers:

- Visit www.AnimalJam.com/join

- Choose one of the membership options.

- Log in using your Username and Password.

IF YOU ARE ASKED FOR BILLING INFORMATION, your recurring subscription was stopped and you will not be charged when your membership time runs out.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE AN ERROR, your Recurring Subscription may still be active and you will need to contact Amazon Support for assistance.
