How do I access my old account?

If you haven’t played Animal Jam in a while, welcome back!

The primary method for account recovery is the parent email address registered to your account. If your parent still has access to the email address associated with your account, click here to learn how to reset your password.

If your parent lost access to their email address, we can still help! If you’ve logged in and made a purchase in the last 3 years, we may be able to use your billing information to verify your account and update the email address. Please have your parent submit a support ticket including the information below, but be aware that our team might need a few extra pieces of information to keep your account safe and verify you as the account owner. 

- Username
- Parent email address currently registered to the username
- New parent email address
- Billing Verification Information

If your parent has lost access to the email address associated with your account and you have not made a purchase or logged into the account in the past 3 years, we will not be able to assist with account recovery. Data privacy laws limit the amount of information we can collect from our players and how long we can store it. For the safety and security of all accounts, we are only able to assist with account recovery for accounts that we can properly verify. Please understand that our support team wants to help you access your old account, but if the information is too old they will not be able to verify it due to technical and legal restrictions. You are always welcome to create a new account to continue your adventures in Jamaa!
